We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date for eligible products.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
Products that are personalized or customized cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team via email at info@pinknsalt.com or by phone at 650-440-5858 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Once you have obtained the RMA number, securely package the item(s) you wish to return, including all original packaging and accessories.
Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.
Ship the item(s) back to us using a trackable shipping method. The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

3. Refunds

Upon receipt of the returned item(s), our team will inspect the product(s) to ensure they meet the return eligibility criteria.
Once approved, we will process a refund to the original method of payment within 3-5 business days.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and a restocking fee may apply for returns that do not meet the eligibility criteria or are returned beyond the 30-day window.
